PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope protection tool capable of obtaining a berm effect even on the occurrence of insufficient hardening of a hardening material and also capable of hardly causing a crack after the hardening of the hardening material, and a slope protection method.SOLUTION: A bag-like body 3a, which accommodates a hardening material hardened by water absorption or moisture absorption, is provided. High-strength fibers 8 for increasing longitudinal strength of the bag-like body 3a are arranged on the inside or outside of the bag-like body 3a. A net-like, mat-like or sheet-like member for being fitted with the bag-like body 3a is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
