UNLOADING AND ASSEMBLY DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLY-TYPE BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency of processes from unloading to connection (assembly), by providing an unloading device with an assembly function for assembly with other units, the unloading device receiving a floor unit of an assembly-type building unit manufactured in a factory and carried into a construction site, when the floor unit is unloaded from a trailer.SOLUTION: An unloading and assembly device 1 comprises rails 2, 2 laid parallel to each other directly or indirectly on a ground, leaving a distance greater than a width dimension of a floor unit 10 constituting an assembly-type building, and a plurality of support posts 3, 3 erected on each of the parallel rails 2 to face each other in the direction of the rails 2, 2 laid parallel to each other. The support posts 3, 3 on each rail 2 are installed adjacently leaving a distance in a lengthwise direction of the rail 2, so that each support post 3 facing each other in the direction of the rails 2, 2 laid parallel to each other supports an arm 4 that receives the floor unit 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】工場で製作され、現場に搬入される組立型建物用の床ユニットがトレーラーからの荷卸しされるときに床ユニットを受ける荷卸し装置に、他のユニットとの組み合わせによる別ユニットの組み立てをする機能を併せ持たせ、荷卸しから連結(組立)までの作業効率を高める。【解決手段】組立型建物を構成する床ユニット10の幅寸法より大きい距離を置いて地上に直接、もしくは間接的に敷設される、並列するレール2、2と、並列する各レール2上に立設され、レール2、2の並列する方向に対向する複数本の支柱3、3から荷卸し兼組立装置1を構成し、各レール2上の支柱3、3をレール2の長さ方向に距離を置いて隣接させ、レール2、2の並列する方向に対向する各支柱3に床ユニット10を受けるアーム4を支持させる。【選択図】図1
