PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar panel mounting apparatus in which the use of bolts is reduced by half and a solar panel can be mounted with large strength to a tilt mounting member or a transverse mounting member constituting a construction stand.SOLUTION: A solar panel mounting apparatus includes a clamp C clamped on a portion corresponding to bolt holes 23 of a solar panel P in a tilt mounting member 92 of a construction stand V, and a solar panel fixture E connected to the upper part of the clamp C. A flange plate part 21 of an oblique upper end side of the solar panel P is inserted and locked to an insertion locking groove 32 of the solar panel fixture E of the oblique upper end side connected adjacently in an oblique vertical direction to the tilt mounting member 92 through the clamp C. A flange plate part 21 of an oblique lower end side of the solar panel P is fixed to the solar panel fixture E of the oblique lower end side through a bolt 43 inserted to the bolt hole 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
