METHOD FOR FINISHING SURFACE OF CEMENT COMPOSITION, AND CEMENT STRUCTURE FOR WATER USE SECTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for finishing the surface of a cement composition, in which an excellent water permeation preventive effect is exhibited by a small amount of a resin emulsion.SOLUTION: The method for finishing the surface of the cement composition comprises the steps of: casting the cement composition; spraying the resin emulsion having glass transition temperature within a range of -10°C to 20°C on the cast cement composition until the cast cement composition is hardened; and mixing the sprayed resin emulsion in the cement composition. According to the method for finishing the surface of the cement composition, the water permeation preventive effect of the same level as when the whole surface is finished by using a trowel can be exhibited by a smaller amount of the resin emulsion.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明が解決しようとする課題は、少量の樹脂エマルジョンで優れた透水抑制を発揮するセメント組成物の表面仕上げ方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明は、セメント組成物を打設し、硬化するまでの間に、ガラス転移温度が−１０〜２０℃の範囲の樹脂エマルジョンを前記セメント組成物上に散布し、前記セメント組成物表面を混ぜ込み仕上げすることを特徴とするセメント組成物の表面仕上げ方法を提供するものである。また、本発明は、前記方法により得られたことを特徴とする水廻り用セメント構造物を提供するものである。本発明の表面仕上げ方法によれば、より少ない樹脂エマルジョンで、全面鏝仕上げした場合と同レベルの透水抑制を発揮することができる。【選択図】 なし
