FLOOR OPENING/CLOSING MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor opening/closing mechanism that effectively cuts off cold air entering a room from an underfloor space.SOLUTION: A floor opening/closing mechanism of the present invention is a floor opening/closing mechanism applied to a floor of a building having a floor panel on which an opening connecting indoor and underfloor spaces is formed, and an edge member provided on an undersurface of the floor panel to surround the opening of the floor panel. The floor opening/closing mechanism includes a frame member provided along a peripheral edge of the opening of the floor panel, a floor cover of a form that closes an opening of the frame member, a heat-insulating inner cover of a plate-form disposed below the floor cover, a heat-insulating outer frame of a frame-form disposed below the edge member, a fixture fixed on the edge member for holding the heat-insulating outer frame by hanging from the edge member, and an air-tight material sandwiched between the heat-insulating outer frame fixed on the edge member through the fixture and the edge member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】床下から室内に入り込む冷気を効果的に遮断できる床開閉構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の床開閉装置は、室内と床下とを連通する開口が形成された床板と、当該床板の開口を囲むように床板の下面に設けられた縁部材とを備えた建物の床部に適用される床開閉装置であって、床板が有する開口の周縁に沿って設けられる枠部材と、枠部材が有する開口を閉鎖できる形状を有する床蓋と、床蓋の下方に配置された板状の断熱材内蓋と、縁部材の下方に配置された枠状の断熱材外枠と、縁部材に固定され、断熱材外枠を縁部材に吊り下げ状態で保持する取付具と、取付具を介して縁部材に固定された断熱材外枠と縁部材との間に挟み込まれる気密材と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
