PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure and a house being constant in a position of the ridge, and capable of setting a dimension and a shape of a member in the substantially same, even if a shape of a building and a frontage of a roof are changed in a gable roof.SOLUTION: A roof structure comprises a pair of mutually opposed gable wall parts and a pair of roof materials butted so as to form an angle shape and extended on the pair of gable wall parts, and in an eccentric gable roof, the gable wall parts have an inorganic foam body, and a frontage of the pair of roof materials is 4-6 Kens, and among the pair of roof materials, one roof material arranged on the first side has a 45-degree pitch, and the other roof material arranged on the second side on the opposite side of the first side, has a 2.5 Sun pitch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】切妻屋根において、建物の形状や屋根の間口が変わっても、棟の位置が一定であり、部材の寸法や形状をほぼ同一にすることができる、屋根構造及び家屋を提供する。【解決手段】相対向する一対の切妻壁部と、山形をなすように突き合わされるとともに一対の切妻壁部上に掛け渡された一対の屋根材とを有する屋根構造であって、妻壁部は、無機発泡体を有し、一対の屋根材の間口が4〜6間であり、一対の屋根材のうち、第1の側に配された一方の屋根材が45度勾配を有し、第1の側と反対側の第2の側に配された他方の屋根材が2.5寸勾配を有する、偏芯した切妻屋根であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
