PIEZOELECTRIC COMPOSITION, PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME, AND ULTRASONIC PROBE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-lead piezoelectric composition capable of stably exerting sufficient piezoelectric characteristics after polarization processing even for a system containing bismuth ferrate and a non-lead piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric composition is a ternary system piezoelectric composition of BKT-BT-BFO. When molar ratios of BKT, BT, and BFO are denoted as x, y, and z, respectively, a component represented by a region surrounded by four points A to D represented by coordinates (x, y, z) in a three-phase diagram and not containing a part respectively overlapping with a line segment AD, a line segment BC, a line segment CG, and a line segment HI is contained as a main component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
