PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower frame structure enabling a baseboard to be installed with high work efficiency and a fixture with the lower frame structure.SOLUTION: For example, a lower frame structure 10 has a structure in which a rise face 22a of a dirt floor 22 and an outdoor side face of a lower frame 16b of an existing door frame 16 are covered by drooping a baseboard 38 from a lower frame 18b of a new door frame 18 that is newly installed inside the existing door frame 16. In the lower frame structure 10, the lower frame 18b has a fitting surface 52, to which a fitting piece 38a formed on an upper end of the baseboard 38 is fixed in vertical direction using a fitting screw 50. The position of an indoor side aspect face 38d of the baseboard 38 whose upper end is fixed to the fitting face 52 is adjusted with respect to the rise face 22a of the dirt floor 22 that becomes a skeleton through a spacer member 68.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】高い作業効率で巾木を設置することができる下枠構造及び該下枠構造を備える建具を提供する。【解決手段】下枠構造10は、例えば既設ドア枠16の内側に新たに設置される新設ドア枠18の下枠18bから巾木38を垂下させることで、土間22の立上り面22a及び既設ドア枠16の下枠16bの室外側面を覆う構造である。この下枠構造10において、下枠18bは、巾木38の上端部に設けられた取付片38aを取付ねじ50を用いて上下方向にねじ止め固定する取付面52を有し、該取付面52に上端部が固定された巾木38の室内側見付け面38dが躯体となる土間22の立上り面22aに対してスペーサ部材68を介して位置決めされる。【選択図】図3
