PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture which securely supports two members and achieves excellent water tightness and air tightness.SOLUTION: A fixture attaches a first member to a second member and includes: a base part 10 holding a glass panel; a body part 20 erected on the base part 10; engagement parts 30A, 30B provided at side parts of the body part 20; a flange part 40 which extends from the body part 20 in between the base part 10 and the engagement parts 30 so as to surround the body part 20, has a peripheral part including a rear surface and a front surface, and deflects in a direction that the body part 20 is erected; and a seal part 50 which covers a surface of the flange part 40, is provided in an annular shape so as to surround the body part 20 while separating from the body part 20, and sandwiches an attached member 4 with the engagement parts 30A, 30B to hold the attached member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
