SOUNDPROOF STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure which is light-weight and thin and does not depend on positions and shapes of holes, and which is highly robust as a soundproof material, stable and air permeable, does not retain heat, and offers superior producibility, and to provide a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: Each of one or more soundproof cells comprises a frame with a through-hole, a membrane fixed to the frame, and openings comprising one or more holes made through the membrane. A soundproof structure has a shield peak frequency, which depends on the openings of the one or more soundproof cells and corresponds to a maximum transmission loss, on a lower frequency side of a first natural oscillation frequency of the membranes of the one or more soundproof cells, and is configured to selectively block sound in a certain frequency band centered on the shield peak frequency, which clears the above mentioned problem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量で薄く、穴の位置及び形状に依存することなく、遮音材としてのロバスト性が高く、かつ安定性があり、通気性があり、熱がこもることが無く、製造適性に優れた防音構造、及び防音構造の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】1以上の防音セルの各々は、貫通孔を有する枠と、枠に固定された膜と、膜に穿孔された1以上の穴からなる開口部と、を備え、防音構造は、1以上の防音セルの膜の第1固有振動周波数より低周波側に、1以上の防音セルの開口部に起因して定まり、かつ透過損失が極大となる遮蔽ピーク周波数を有し、遮蔽ピーク周波数を中心とする一定の周波数帯域の音を選択的に防音することにより、上記課題を解決する。【選択図】図1
