ULTRA RAPID HARDENING TYPE HIGH TOUGHNESS FIBER-REINFORCED CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete composition providing concrete good in filling property to a steel bar rear face without generating rougenenness on a road having a slope while having ultra rapid hardening property, excellent in processability, capable of thin film processing and having high toughness.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber reinforced concrete composition containing cement of 100 pts.wt., a coarse aggregate of 120 to 210 pts.wt., a fine aggregate having absolute dry specific gravity of 2.3 or more of 105 to 280 pts.wt. and an organic fiber having fiber length of 18 to 30 mm of 3.2 to 7.0 pts.wt. and having fine aggregate percentage of 44.0 to 57.0%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】超速硬性を有しながら、勾配を有する道路においてダレを生じず鉄筋背面への充填性が良く、施工性に優れ、薄層施工が可能で且つ高靱性を有するコンクリートを与えるコンクリート組成物を提供することこと。【解決手段】セメント 100重量部、粗骨材 120〜210重量部、絶乾比重2.3以上の細骨材 105〜280重量部および繊維長18〜30mmの有機繊維 3.2〜7.0重量部からなりかつ細骨材率が44.0〜57.0%である繊維補強コンクリート組成物。【選択図】なし
