PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit an operator capable of opening/closing a lock or a door of a vehicle by using voice.SOLUTION: An opening/closing controller 101 comprises a directional microphone 110. The directional microphone 110 comprises a sound collection unit 120 mounted on a vehicle 130 to collect voice outside the vehicle and has directivity above a horizontal plane LS including the sound collection unit 120's mounting position P. The sound collection unit 120 is mounted on a position on the vehicle at a predetermined height H. The opening/closing controller 101 controls opening/closing action of a lock or a door of the vehicle 130 on the basis of a recognition result obtained by performing voice recognition on a voice signal detected by the directional microphone 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
