PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with an outdoor staircase that promotes use of a roof floor in a daily life.SOLUTION: A verandah 11 having an open area 11a opened upward is provided on a top floor or a floor directly beneath the top floor. The verandah 11 is adjacent to a room with a kitchen set or another room adjacent to and communicated with the room with a kitchen set, and an opening that allows a person to pass is formed on an outer peripheral wall 12 that partitions between the verandah 11 and the room with a kitchen set or the other room adjacent to the verandah. A flat roof 15 has a walking area 15a adjacent to the open area 11a when seen in a planar view, and an outdoor staircase 17 is provided that connects the walking area 15a with the open area 11a on a side of the walking area 15a next to the open area 11a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】実生活において屋上がより有効に利用されやすい屋外階段付き建物を提供する。【解決手段】最上階、又は最上階の直下の階に、上方が開放された開放領域１１ａを有するベランダ１１を備え、ベランダ１１は、キッチンセットを有する居室、又は居室に隣接して互いに行き来可能な他の居室に隣接するとともに、ベランダ１１に隣接する居室又はベランダに隣接する他の居室との間を区画する外周壁１２に、人が通行可能な開口部を有するものであって、陸屋根１５は、平面視において開放領域１１ａに隣接する歩行領域１５ａを備え、歩行領域１５ａにおける開放領域１１ａに望む側に、歩行領域１５ａと開放領域１１ａとを連絡する屋外階段１７を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
