CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE FOR MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY INCORPORATING RISING SEAWATER SIPHON SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of dealing with a high tide, a high wave at a time of typhoon, a tsunami wave and others, and capable of solving a sand drift phenomenon, raising seawater evenly toward a land side to a reservoir and storing the seawater.SOLUTION: A structure deals with high waves artificially using a natural coast of a hilly area having a sawtooth-shaped coastline. A sand drift phenomenon is dealt with by changing a direction of a coastal flow utilizing a flow direction of a discharge channel, avoiding selection of an area with a sand drift to an extent possible. Floating matters on the sea are stored in recesses formed at a marine side entrance and corners on both sides of a structure constructed between the coastline and a land area, the floating matters being treated on the land after being hoisted with a crane facility installed on both sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高潮、台風時の高波、津波うねりなどに対応出来るとともに、漂砂現象の解決し、陸地側へ海洋水を平均して貯水池迄上昇でき、貯水できる構造物を提供する。【解決手段】沿岸線がリアス式形状の自然の丘陵地両岸を利用し人工的に波高に応じて対処出来る構築体とする。漂砂対策については漂砂の生じる地域の選定を出来るだけ避けることとし、放水路の流向により沿岸流の流向に変化を与え対処する。海洋浮遊物については、沿岸線と陸地部間に構築した構築躯体の海洋側入り口、両側角に設けた凹地に浮遊物を貯留させ両サイドに設けたクレーン設備により吊り揚げ陸上にて処理する。【選択図】図1
