PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of causing a defect of becoming difficult in pile crushing even by a high pressure hydraulic cylinder in a thickness state of a wall surface of a pile and concrete strength of the pile, due to being many in a case where a semicircular arc-shaped pile crushing blade in a conventional pile crushing device is constituted so that fastening stress uniformly acts on a circumferential surface of the pile.SOLUTION: In a pile crushing device for forming a pile crushing blade on an opposed surface of a pair of left-right movable blade base bodies, a hydraulic cylinder and a pivotal substrate, the pile crushing blade is constituted of a side surface view angle-shaped projection blade and a cutting blade adjacently formed in its both skirt parts, and a blade inclined face width of a tip cutting blade is set to a width of an almost half or more of a width of a movable blade base body. The blade inclined face width of a base part cutting blade is gradually formed in a narrow width shape toward a pivotal part of the pivotal substrate from a width of an almost half of the width of the movable blade base body, and an adjacent surface between a blade inclined face of the tip cutting blade and a side surface view angle-shaped inclined face of the projection blade is further continuously formed so as to become gradually flush.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来のパイル破砕装置における半円弧状のパイル破砕刃はパイルの円周面に均等に締付け応力が作用するように構成されている場合が多いためパイルの壁面の肉厚状況やパイルのコンクリート強度によっては高圧の油圧シリンダによってもパイル破砕が困難となる欠点があった。【解決手段】左右一対の可動刃基体と油圧シリンダと枢支基板と対向面にパイル破砕刃を形成したパイル破砕装置において、パイル破砕刃は側面視山型の突刃とその両裾部に隣接して形成した切断刃とより構成し、先端切断刃の刃傾斜面幅員は可動刃基体の幅員の略半分以上の幅員とし、基部切断刃の刃傾斜面幅員は可動刃基体の幅員の略半分の幅員から枢支基板の枢支部に向かって漸次幅狭状に形成し、更には、先端切断刃の刃傾斜面と突刃の側面視山型傾斜面との隣接面は漸次面一に連続するように形成した。【選択図】図1
