PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a castable having adequate hardening time and good flowability, dense and excellent in explosion resistance.SOLUTION: The explosion resistant castable by including a metal aluminum powder and/or aluminum alloy powder of 0.01 to 3 mass% by outer percentage in a raw material composition consisting of refractory raw material of 85 to 99.5 mass% and alumina cement of 0.5 to 15 mass%, where the alumina cement has a mineral composition with CaO AlOcontent of 85% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の目的は、適正な硬化時間、良好な流動性を有し、かつ緻密で、耐爆裂性に優れたキャスタブルを提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明の耐爆裂性キャスタブルは、耐火性原料８５〜９９．５質量％及びアルミナセメント０．５〜１５質量％からなる原料配合物に、金属アルミニウム粉末及び／またはアルミニウム合金粉末を外掛け０．０１〜３質量％含有してなるキャスタブルにおいて、アルミナセメントは、その鉱物組成としてのＣａＯ・Ａｌ２Ｏ３含有量が８５％以上のものであることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
