FITTING STRUCTURE FOR FINISHING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure for a finishing material that eliminates limitation on layout of the finishing material, at the same time maintaining allowable stress of an extrusion-molded cement plate.SOLUTION: A fitting structure c1 for a finishing material has a plurality of extrusion-molded cement plates 1 fitted on a building frame 3 in a vertical layout, and a finishing material 15 fitted on a surface of the extrusion-molded cement plates 1 using a fitting substrate material 16. The substrate material 16 that continues in a horizontal direction is fitted on the surface of the plurality of extrusion-molded cement plates 1 through a fastening mechanism 17. The fastening mechanism 17 comprises a receiving metal fitting 20 in a first hollow part 2A, an anchor metal fitting 21 piercing through a base material 1b on the front surface side of the extrusion-molded cement plate 1, and a base plate 22 that fixes the fitting substrate material 16 by fastening to the base material 1b on the front surface side with the anchor metal fitting 21. A vertical groove 23 that extends in a vertical direction is formed on the front surface side of each of the extrusion-molded cement plates 1, and the anchor metal fitting 21 of the fastening mechanism 17 is fitted in the vertical groove 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】仕上げ材の割り付け制限をなくすと共に、押出成形セメント板の許容応力度を維持することのできる仕上げ材の取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】複数の押出成形セメント板1を、建物の躯体3に縦張り状態で取り付け、これら押出成形セメント板1の表面に、取付下地材16を用いて仕上げ材15を取り付ける仕上げ材の取付構造c1である。複数の押出成形セメント板1の表面に、水平方向に連続する取付下地材16を留付機構17で介して設ける。留付機構17を、第1中空部2A内の受け金具20と、押出成形セメント板1の表面側基材1bを貫通するアンカー金具21と、表面側基材1bにアンカー金具21で緊結されて取付下地材16が固定されるベースプレート22からなるものとし、各押出成形セメント板1の表面側に、鉛直方向に延びる縦溝23を形成して、この縦溝23内に留付機構17のアンカー金具21を設ける。【選択図】図5
