SKELETON CONSTRUCTION OF ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton construction of an architectural structure, which allows damage due to earthquake to be repaired while continuously using the architectural structure.SOLUTION: Girders (12) of a skeleton construction (2) according to this invention are either a long period beam (8), which bears a long period load such as self-weight of an architectural structure, or a short period beam (10), which bears a short period load such as earthquake load without bearing the long period load. The long period beam does not bear the earthquake load as the long period beam is connected to a main column (4) with a pin. The short period beam bears the earthquake load as the short period beam is rigidly connected to the main column or a stud (6). The short period beam and the stud are installed only on a structure plane, which can be accessed from an outer space, of the architectural structure. Even if a large-scale earthquake occurs, the architectural structure can be continuously used as the long period beam and the main column, which bear the long period load, are not damaged. As the short period beam and the stud are installed at positions that can be accessed from the outer space of the architectural building, a worker can repair damaged short period beam and stud that require repairing without entering an inner space of the architectural building such as a habitable room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築物を継続して使用しながら、地震による損傷を補修できる建築物の架構構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る架構構造(2)における各々の大梁(12)は、建築物の自重等の長期荷重を負担する長期梁(8)、または長期荷重を負担せずに地震荷重等の短期荷重を負担する短期梁(10)のいずれかである。長期梁は、主柱(4)にピン接合しているため、地震荷重を負担しない。短期梁は、主柱又は間柱(6)に剛体接合するため、地震荷重を負担する。短期梁および間柱は、建築物に対して外部空間からアクセス可能な構面にのみ設置される。大規模地震が起こっても、長期荷重を負担する長期梁および主柱が損傷しないため、建築物を継続使用できる。損傷して補修が必要な短期梁および間柱は、建築物の外部空間からアクセス可能な位置に設置されているため、作業員が居室等の建築物の内部空間に入らずに補修工事を行える。【選択図】図1
