FINISHING MATERIAL BONDING METHOD AND FINISHING MATERIAL BONDING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing material bonding method and a finishing material bonding structure on a concrete surface, which can obtain high adhesive strength while reducing use of organic material.SOLUTION: [1] A finishing material bonding method comprises following processes: to form a base adjustment layer 2 comprising a first organic adhesive on a concrete surface 1a; to attach a mortar containing material 3 to a surface 2a of the base adjustment layer; and to bond a finishing material 4 on the mortar containing material 3. [2] In the finishing material bonding method, the surface of the base adjustment layer is coated with uncured composition of the mortar containing material to form uncured mortar containing material; the finishing material is installed on a surface of the uncured mortar containing material before the uncured mortar containing material cures; subsequently, the mortar containing material is bonded to the base adjustment layer by hardening the uncured mortar containing material to form the mortar containing material and the finishing material is bonded on the surface of the mortar containing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】有機系材料の使用量を低減しながらも優れた接着強度を得ることが可能な、コンクリート表面に対する仕上げ材接着方法及び仕上げ材接着構造を提供する。【解決手段】[1]コンクリート表面1aに第一の有機系接着剤からなる下地調整層2を形成する工程と、前記下地調整層の表面2aにモルタル含有材3を接着する工程と、前記モルタル含有材3の上に仕上げ材4を接着する工程と、を有する仕上げ材接着方法。[2]前記モルタル含有材の未硬化組成物を前記下地調整層の表面に塗工して、未硬化モルタル含有材を形成し、前記未硬化モルタル含有材が硬化する前に、前記仕上げ材を前記未硬化モルタル含有材の表面に設置し、その後、前記未硬化モルタル含有材を硬化させて前記モルタル含有材を形成することによって、前記モルタル含有材を前記下地調整層に接着するとともに、前記仕上げ材を前記モルタル含有材の表面に接着する前記仕上げ材接着方法。【選択図】図1
