PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight structure capable of securing predetermined airtight performance by increasing construction accuracy for securing airtightness.SOLUTION: An airtight structure 1 of a building is mounted as a substrate for a finishing material on an indoor side of a structure 100 including a substrate of an airtight constitution surface, by a fixing member. The airtight structure 1 includes a plate material 10. An airtight auxiliary material is arranged between the structure 100 and the plate material 10. The fixing member, which is inserted from the indoor side of the plate material 10 and which penetrates the airtight auxiliary material, can be repaired from the indoor side until an airtightness measurement value reaches a measurement value within a predetermined range, and reaches the structure 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
