STEEL SHEET PILE, STEEL SHEET PILE WALL FORMED OF STEEL SHEET PILE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STEEL SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet pile being high in a degree of freedom of a size adjustment and also holding strength and accuracy of a joint, a manufacturing method thereof and a steel sheet pile wall formed of the steel sheet pile.SOLUTION: A steel sheet pile 1 on the present invention is a steel sheet pile 1 of joining a straight line steel sheet pile dividing first member 7 and a straight line steel sheet pile dividing second member 11 having at least a joint part provided by cutting a straight line steel sheet pile 3 molded by hot rolling and a base member having no joint part manufactured by rolling or bending work, and the base member is formed in a hat-shaped base member 15 of a hat shape, and the whole shape extends outward from both ends of a U-shaped part of a substantially U shape in an axial directional orthogonal cross section by respectively joining the straight line steel sheet pile dividing first member 7 and the straight line steel sheet pile dividing second member 11 to both ends of the hat-shaped base member 15, and is a shape having an arm part 10 having the joint part on the tip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】サイズ調整の自由度が高く、かつ継手の強度、精度を保持した鋼矢板及びその製造方法、該鋼矢板によって形成される鋼矢板壁を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る鋼矢板1は、熱間圧延によって成形された直線鋼矢板3を切断して得られる少なくとも継手部を有する直線鋼矢板分割第1部材7及び直線鋼矢板分割第2部材11と、圧延又は折り曲げ加工によって製造された継手部のない基部材とを接合してなる鋼矢板1であって、前記基部材がハット形のハット形基部材15に形成されてなり、ハット形基部材15の両端に直線鋼矢板分割第1部材7及び直線鋼矢板分割第2部材11をそれぞれ接合することで全体形状が軸方向直交断面で略U字状のU字状部の両端から外方に延びると共に先端に継手部を有するアーム部10を備えた形状であることを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図2
