MEMBER FOR FORMING GROUT INJECTION/DISCHARGE HOLE AND METHOD FOR FORMING GROUT INJECTION/DISCHARGE HOLE USING THE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for forming a grout injection/discharge hole and a method for forming the grout injection/discharge hole using the member, simple in handling and excellent in workability when forming the grout injection/discharge hole communicating in a sleeve joint of a precast concrete structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for forming a grout injection/discharge hole communicating in a sleeve joint of a precast concrete structure including forming the grout injection/discharge hole by screwing a tip of an elastic body tube into a connection port of the sleeve joint, then inserting a core material with outer diameter same as inner diameter of the elastic body tube or smaller than inner diameter of the elastic body tube and sandwiching the tip of the elastic body tube with the core material and the connection port of the sleeve joint to fix the tip and pulling the elastic body tube together with the core material after concrete solidification to extend the elastic body tube and pulling out while peeling from the concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 プレキャストコンクリート構造体のスリーブ継手内に連通するグラウト注排孔形成する際に、取り扱いが簡単で作業性に優れているグラウト注排孔形成用部材と前記部材を用いたグラウト注排孔の形成方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート構造体のスリーブ継手内に連通するグラウト注排孔を形成する方法であって、弾性体チューブの先端部をスリーブ継手の接続口に捻じ込み、次いで、前記弾性体チューブの内径と同じか、弾性体チューブの内径よりも小さい外径の芯材を挿入して、弾性体チューブの先端部を芯材とスリーブ継手の接続口で挟持することによって固定し、コンクリート固化後に弾性体チューブを芯材とともに引っ張ることによって弾性体チューブを伸長させるとともに、コンクリートから剥離させながら引き抜いて、グラウト注排孔を形成する。【選択図】 図１
