SIDE PART WATERTIGHT STRUCTURE FOR FLOATING BODY TYPE FLAP GATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an anti-water pressure characteristic of a side part watertight structure at the time of a door body's lodging.SOLUTION: A floating body type flap gate 1 configured so that a door body 2's tip side 2d can stand and fluctuate taking its base end side 2a as a fulcrum in a plane in the height direction with respect to a direction of inflow water when water rises, has a watertight structure between the door body 2 and side walls 4 provided on both sides of the door body 2. A watertight rubber 3 having a U-shaped cross-section includes both ends 3a attached to each of both sides of the door body 2 so that a center bend 3b protrudes to contact with a side wall 4; a falling prevention member 11 for the watertight rubber 3 is attached to the counter-watertight rubber side of a presser plate 5 for pressing the watertight rubber on the door body 2, the falling prevention member protruding to the side wall 4 side further than the presser plate 5.EFFECT: Prevention of the center bend of the watertight rubber from being unnecessarily deformed and struck down by applied water pressure at the time of a door body's lodging act makes it possible to ensure the center bend's pressing force on the side wall and improve an anti-water pressure characteristic.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】扉体が倒伏するときの側部水密構造の耐水圧性を向上させる。【解決手段】増水時に、流入する水の方向に対して高さ方向の平面内で、扉体2の先端側2bが基端側2aを支点として起立揺動可能に構成した浮体式フラップゲート1の、扉体2と扉体2の両側に設けられた側壁4との間の水密構造である。中央湾曲部3bが突出して側壁4に当接するように、両端部3aを扉体2の両側に取り付ける、横断面がU字状の水密ゴム3を扉体2に押さえ付ける押さえ板5の反水密ゴム側に、押さえ板5よりも側壁4側に突出する水密ゴム3の倒れ防止部材11を取り付ける。【効果】扉体の倒伏動作時、作用する水圧により水密ゴムの中央湾曲部が必要以上変形して倒れることがないので、中央湾曲部の側壁への押し付け力を確保でき、耐水圧性を向上することができる。【選択図】図1
