PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building aseismic repair wall structure and construction method for a building aseismic repair wall, that make it possible to fit a reinforcement sheet even to a corner part.SOLUTION: A building aseismic repair wall structure, which is an aseismic repair wall structure for a building including a corner part X formed by both wall materials 11, 11 fitted to stringers 3, 4 forming a skeleton or a corner part formed by a stringer and a wall material, comprises: the stringers 3, 4 arranged on the outdoor side of the corner part X; the wall materials 11; a reinforcement sheet 12 provided along surfaces on the indoor side of the wall materials 11; a fixing member 20 arranged on a part of the indoor side of the reinforcement sheet 12 at the corner part X; and a fixture 21 that diagonally extends from the fixing member 20 to the wall material 11, and penetrates the fixing member 20 and the reinforcement sheet 12 to be fixed on the stringer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】隅部であっても補強シートの取り付けが可能な建築物の耐震改修壁構造及び建築物の耐震改修壁の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建築物の耐震改修壁構造は、躯体をなす縦材3,4に取り付けられた壁材11,11同士で形成された隅部X、または縦材と壁材とで形成された隅部を有する建築物の耐震改修壁構造であって、隅部Xの室外側に配置された縦材3,4と、壁材11と、壁材11の室内側の面に沿って設けられた補強シート12と、隅部Xにおける補強シート12の室内側に配置された固定用部材20と、固定用部材20から壁材11に対して斜めに延び、固定用部材20及び補強シート12を貫通して、縦材3に固定される固定具21と、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
