COMMUNICATION PIPE UNIT, IMPERVIOUS STRUCTURE, AND IMPERVIOUS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication pipe unit whose joint part has high water-tightness and which can be easily formed, and whose impervious structure can be more easily constructed.SOLUTION: A communication pipe unit 3 includes: an impervious plate 11 in a planar shape having a through hole 11a, which has a higher rigidity than an impervious sheet provided on a side face 2a and a bottom face 2b of a recess 2, and which is arranged to form a part of the side face 2a of the recess 2; a communication pipe 10 which penetrates through the through hole 11a of the impervious plate 11, and which is embedded in the sidewall of the recess 2 in such a manner that one end of the communication pipe is exposed in the recess 2; a joint part 12 formed with a fuse material made of thermoplastic resin to join the edge of the through hole 11a of the impervious plate 11 and the outer peripheral surface of the communication pipe 10 together over the whole periphery; and first impervious sheets 13 and 14 which form a part of the impervious sheet, and which are joined to a part of the surface of the impervious plate 11, which is at least below the through hole 11a, in the vertical direction of the impervious plate 11 when arranged in such a manner that the impervious plate 11 forms a part of the side face 2a of the recess 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】接合部の水密性が高く、且つ、容易に形成できると共に、遮水構造をより容易に施工できる連通管ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】連通管ユニット3は、貫通孔11aを有する平板状であって、凹部2の側面2aおよび底面2bに敷設される遮水シートよりも剛性が高く、凹部2の側面2aの一部を形成するように配置される遮水板11と、遮水板11の貫通孔11aを貫通しており、その一端が凹部2内に露出するように凹部2の側壁部に埋設される連通管10と、熱可塑性樹脂からなる融着材によって形成され、遮水板11の貫通孔11aの縁部と連通管10の外周面とを全周にわたって接合する接合部12と、前記遮水シートの一部を形成し、遮水板11が凹部2の側面2aの一部を形成するように配置されたときの遮水板11の上下方向において、遮水板11の表面の少なくとも貫通孔11aより下側の部分に接合される第1遮水シート13、14とを有する。【選択図】図2
