【課題】流動性が良好であり、かつ発現する強度が高い中庸熱ポルトランドセメント組成物を作製するために用いるセメントクリンカ組成物、そのセメントクリンカ組成物の製造方法およびそのセメントクリンカ組成物を含む中庸熱ポルトランドセメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のセメントクリンカ組成物は、セメントクリンカ組成物１ｋｇに対するスズまたはスズ化合物の含有量が、スズ元素に換算して、４０〜２５０ｍｇであり、セメントクリンカ組成物中のβ−２ＣａＯ・ＳｉＯ２の格子体積が３４７．０５×１０−３ｎｍ３以上である。本発明のセメントクリンカ組成物の製造方法は、本発明のセメントクリンカ組成物を製造するための製造方法である。本発明の中庸熱ポルトランドセメント組成物は本発明のセメントクリンカ組成物および石膏を含む。【選択図】なし
