COMPOSITE BODY, HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composite body having good conductivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a composite body which comprises a substrate and an oxide layer formed on the substrate and containing more than 45 vol.% of a perovskite-type oxide phase. The composite body comprises a first member 22, a second member 24 and a connection part 30 for connecting the first member 22 and the second member 24, at least one of the first member 22 and the second member 24 is the substrate, the connection part 30 may be the oxide layer. In addition, the composite body comprises a substrate and a coating part for coating the surface of a part or the whole of the substrate and the coating part may be the oxide layer. The perovskite-type oxide is at least one of an oxide containing La and Cu and an oxide containing Sr and Fe and especially preferable is at least one of LaCuOand SrFeO.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
