STEPPED FLOOR UNIT STRUCTURE, AND STEPPED FLOOR STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly processable, economically efficient and workable stepped floor unit structure and a stepped floor structure for a stepped floor structure that forms a stepped floor to be installed in a hall and others.SOLUTION: Supporting legs 4 are installed in a row on a foundation surface part 2 in a forward-rearward direction at a prescribed interval, a height of the supporting legs gradually increasing toward the rear side. A plurality of the rows of the supporting legs 4 is installed in a lateral direction at a prescribed interval. A receiving beam member 6 is installed with an inclination between the supporting legs 4 of each of the plurality of rows in which the supporting legs are installed. A strut material 8 is erected on top of the receiving beam member 6, at an interval corresponding to each step of a stepped floor. A top plate part 78 mounted on top of the strut material 8, a riser part 80 formed in a downward direction, and a riser material 10 comprising a bottom plate part 82 formed by bending in a forward direction from a lower edge part of the riser part are installed over the interval between the receiving beam members 6 of each row. A step surface 13 that uses a tread board 14 is formed between the top plate part 78 of the riser material 10 in front and the bottom plate part 82 of the riser material 10 immediately behind.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ホール等に設置される階段状の床を形成する段床の構造に関し、加工性、経済性に優れ、また施工性にも優れた段床ユニット構造及び段床構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 基礎面部2に、前後方向に所定の間隔をおき、且つ後方ほど高さの高い支持脚4を列状に配置し、これら支持脚4による列を横に一定間隔をおいて複数設け、上記複数列設けられた各列の上記支持脚4間に、それぞれ傾斜状に受梁材6を架設し、上記受梁材6の上部に、段床の各段に対応する間隔をおいて束材8を立設し、上記束材8の上部に載置される上板部78、下方向きに形成される蹴込み板部80、及びこの蹴込み板部の下端部から前方に屈曲形成される下板部82からなる蹴込み材10を、上記各列の上記受梁材6間にわたって配置し、前側の蹴込み材10の上板部78と直後の蹴込み材10の下板部82との間に、踏み板14を用いた踏み面13を形成する構成である。【選択図】 図1
