POWER DEMAND PREDICTION DEVICE AND POWER DEMAND PREDICTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power demand prediction device capable of accurately predicting a power demand amount fluctuation caused by rainwater, and a power demand prediction method.SOLUTION: The power demand prediction device comprises: a result data acquisition part 50 which extracts a maximum power amount value GN from a first predetermined time M1 before a target time TN to the target time; a weather information acquisition part 30 which extracts a past precipitation RN from a second predetermined time M2 before the target time TN to the target time and a future precipitation QN from the target time TN to a third predetermined time M3 after the target time; and a demand prediction part 40 which predicts a power amount prediction value FX at a prediction target time TX from a relation of the maximum power amount value GN, the past precipitation RN and the future precipitation QN and a power demand result value EN.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
