METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT HARDENED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cement hardened body, in which the cement hardened body is obtained by using a cement composition having 0.2 or smaller (water)/(a binding material) ratio and is capable of exhibiting high strength without generating a local strength variation due to deterioration of flow properties of the cement composition.SOLUTION: The method for producing the cement hardened body comprises: a step of mixing the cement composition, which contains cement, aggregate, silica fume and water and has 10-35 mass% of a ratio of the silica fume to the total binding material and 0.2 or smaller (water)/(the binding material) ratio, throwing an obtained mixture in a molding flask and hardening the thrown mixture to form a cement compact; a first aging step of steam-aging the obtained cement compact within a temperature range of 70-100°C for 2-72 hours; and a second aging step of heating the cement compact, which is aged at the first aging step, under a pressurized condition, the pressure of which exceeds normal pressure and is equal to or lower than 22 MPa, and within another temperature range of 100-400°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】水/結合材比が0.2以下であるセメント組成物を用いた、セメント組成物の流動性の低下に起因する局所的な強度のばらつきを生じることなく、高い強度を発現しうるセメント硬化体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セメントと、骨材と、シリカフュームと、水とを含み、シリカフュームの全結合材に対する含有量が10質量%〜35質量%であり、水/結合材比が0.2以下であるセメント組成物を混合して型枠に投入し、硬化させてセメント成形体を形成する工程と、得られたセメント成形体を、70℃〜100℃の温度範囲で2時間〜72時間蒸気養生する第1の養生工程と、第1の養生工程を経た後のセメント成形体を、常圧を超え22MPa以下の加圧条件下で、100℃〜400℃の温度範囲で2時間〜72時間加熱する第2の養生工程と、をこの順に有するセメント硬化体の製造方法。【選択図】なし
