SEALANT INTERPOSED IN JOINT PART OF CONCRETE PRODUCT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant interposed in a joint part of a concrete product, the sealant being excellent in both workability and water cut-off property.SOLUTION: A sealant is interposed in a joint part of a concrete product, and comprises a core layer made of non-water-swelling foam rubber, and a flexible layer disposed on both sides of the core layer and made of water-swelling foam polyurethane. 50% compressive stress of the core layer is between 0.1 and 1 MPa, and 50% compressive stress of the flexible layer is between 0.005 and 0.08 MPa. A ratio between the 50% compressive stress of the core layer and the flexible layer (core layer/flexible layer) is between 2 and 100, and a ratio between thicknesses thereof (a total for core layer/flexible layer) is between 0.1 and 0.4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工性と止水性が共に優れた、コンクリート製品の目地部に介装されるシール材を提供する。【解決手段】非水膨潤性の発泡ゴムからなる中心層及びその両側に配置された水膨潤性発泡ポリウレタンからなる柔軟層から構成されるシール材であって、前記中心層の50%圧縮応力が0.1〜1MPaであり、前記柔軟層の50%圧縮応力が0.005〜0.08MPaであり、前記中心層と前記柔軟層の50%圧縮応力比(中心層/柔軟層)が2〜100であり、かつ厚み比(中心層/柔軟層の合計)が0.1〜0.4である、コンクリート製品の目地部に介装されるシール材とする。【選択図】図1
