DRIER OF ASPHALT PLANT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drier of an asphalt plant capable of restraining reduction in the raking-up function and the feed function, by preventing sticking-growth of an aggregate to a blade surface, by heating even a raking-up blade and a check blade in the vicinity of a drum rear end part, while preventing dew condensation on and after an exhaust duct by adjusting the exhaust gas temperature.SOLUTION: An annular chamber 17 is peripherally provided in an outer peripheral part on the drum 4-front end part side so as to surround a drum 4, and this annular chamber 17 and a hot hopper 6 of a drum 4-front end part are connected by a hot blast lead-out duct 19 having a hot blast supply fan 18 in the middle, and a hollow hot blast supply pipe 20 is provided along a drum 4-inner peripheral wall, and while a front end opening part 20a of this hot blast supply pipe 20 is faced in the annular chamber 17 by penetrating through a drum 4-outer peripheral wall, a rear end opening part 20b is faced to an inner peripheral wall in the vicinity of a drum 4-rear end part, and a part of a high temperature hot blast led-out from a burner 7 is supplied still at the high temperature to the vicinity of the drum 4-rear end part via the hot blast supply pipe 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 排ガス温度を調整して排気ダクト以降での結露防止を図りつつ、ドラム後端部付近の掻き上げ羽根や逆止羽根をも加熱可能として羽根表面への骨材の付着・成長を防止して掻き上げ機能や送り機能の低下を抑制可能としたアスファルトプラントのドライヤを提供する。【解決手段】ドラム4前端部側の外周部にドラム4を包囲するように環状室17を周設し、この環状室17とドラム4前端部のホットホッパ6とを途中に熱風供給ファン18を備えた熱風導出ダクト19にて連結すると共に、ドラム4内周壁に沿って中空状の熱風供給管20を備え、この熱風供給管20の前端開口部20aはドラム4外周壁を貫通させて環状室17内に臨ませる一方、後端開口部20bはドラム4後端部付近の内周壁に臨ませ、バーナ7から導出される高温の熱風の一部を前記熱風供給管20を介してドラム4後端部付近に高温のまま供給させる。【選択図】 図1
