PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device that can notify a user of actual traffic congestion in the vicinity of an exit of a parking lot.SOLUTION: A server device acquires, from a terminal device, the time required for a vehicle to move from a parking place to an exit as exit traffic congestion information on traffic congestion at the exit (S11B), accumulates the acquired traffic congestion information in accumulation means (S12B), calculates and registers hourly traffic congestion information indicating traffic congestion at the exit for each hour on the basis of the accumulated traffic congestion information (S14B), and causes notification means to notify a user of the hourly traffic congestion information (S13C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
