COKE OVEN DECOMPOSITION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke oven decomposition method which is not affected by an asbestos material, even when the asbestos material is used on a regenerator of the coke oven, and by which the coke oven can be decomposed at low cost and at a short period.SOLUTION: A coke oven decomposition method of the invention is configured so that, in decomposition of the coke oven in which, a regenerator is formed of an asbestos-containing brick: prior to decomposition, temperature of the entire regenerator is raised to asbestos decomposition temperature of 600°C-1040°C; then, after maintaining the regenerator at the temperature for one hour or more, decomposition of the regenerator formed of the asbestos, is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コークス炉の蓄熱室にアスベスト材料が使用されていてもその影響を受けることなく、短期間で低コストでのコークス炉の解体を行うことができるコークス炉の解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のコークス炉の解体方法では、蓄熱室にアスベスト含有煉瓦が用いられているコークス炉の解体に当たり、解体に先立ち、まず、前記蓄熱室全体を600℃〜1040℃のアスベスト分解温度に加熱しその温度で1時間以上保持した後、アスベストを使用している蓄熱室の解体を行う。【選択図】図2
