ARCHITECTURAL AND CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural and civil engineering material that does not subside locally because a low-density organization resin layer is formed to support a floor panel and to prevent conveyance of vibration from the floor panel, at the same time offer an excellent heat-insulation effect.SOLUTION: An architectural and civil engineering material of the present invention uses an organized resin 10 formed by having a molten resin flow down in a string-form and chilled, the molten resin being made by melting and mixing a thermoplastic resin at a prescribed temperature. The organized resin 10 has a two-layered structure comprising a high-density organized resin layer 11 and a low-density organized resin layer 12. The organized resin 10 is laid on slab concrete 1 of a building with the high-density organization resin layer 12 as a top surface, and a floor panel 2 is installed on the high-density organization resin layer 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土間コンクリート上に低密度編成樹脂層を形成することで、床パネルからの振動の伝搬を防ぐとともに断熱効果にも優れ、床パネルは高密度編成樹脂層で支持されるため、局部的な沈みを生じることもない建築土木資材を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の建築土木資材は、熱可塑性樹脂を所定温度で溶融混練した溶融樹脂を、糸状に流れ落として冷却することで形成される編成樹脂10を用い、編成樹脂10を、高密度編成樹脂層11と低密度編成樹脂層12との2層構造とし、建築物の土間コンクリート1上に、高密度編成樹脂層12を上面として編成樹脂10を載置し、高密度編成樹脂層12に床パネル2を敷設することを特徴とすることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
