POLYPARAPHENYLENE TEREPHTHALAMIDE FIBER COMPOSITE BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyparaphenylene terephthalamide fiber composite body which is excellent in alkali resistance, and particularly, a super alkali-resistant polyparaphenylene terephthalamide fiber composite body which is usable for an application such as concrete used over several decades.SOLUTION: There are provided an alkali-resistant polyparaphenylene terephthalamide fiber composite body formed by impregnating one polyparaphenylene terephthalamide multifilament yarn with a thermosetting resin and curing the polyparaphenylene terephthalamide multifilament yarn; and a super alkali-resistant polyparaphenylene terephthalamide fiber composite body formed by coating the outer peripheral surface of one polyparaphenylene terephthalamide multifilament yarn impregnated with a thermosetting resin with a thermoplastic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
