METHOD OF ESTIMATING IMPROVED SOIL STRENGTH AND METHOD OF PRODUCING IMPROVED SOIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of estimating improved soil strength, enabling the strength to be estimated more adequately than heretofore and with good work efficiency.SOLUTION: The method of estimating improved soil strength is provided for estimating the strength of the improved soil which is obtained by mixing solidification material containing cement and volcanic cohesive soil. The strength of the improved soil is estimated from the quantity of aluminum eluted from the volcanic cohesive soil based on a correlation between the quantity of aluminum eluted from the volcanic cohesive soil and the strength of improved soil which contains the volcanic cohesive soil and the solidification material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
