ASEISMIC DEVICE FOR BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an old connection member with a plasticized region to be replaced readily with a new connection member without a plasticized region, without damaging a part of a pair of aseismatic walls.SOLUTION: A connection member 21 is connected with an aseismatic wall 2 by having upper and lower wedge members 32, 33 overlapped and pressed into a gap in a top part between a cut-out part 11 and both edge parts of the connection member 21, so as to prevent cluttering in a vertical direction at both edge parts of the connection member 21 with regard to the cut-out part 11. Then, the wedge members 32, 33 are removed from the gap by applying force greater than the pressing force on either or both of the wedge members 32, 33, while preventing cluttering in the vertical direction at both edge parts of the connection member 21 with regard to the cut-out part 11. Thus, the old connection member 21 having a plasticized region caused by an earthquake may be replaced readily with the new connection member 21 without a plasticized region, without damaging a part of a pair of the aseismatic walls. A screw member may be provided in the gap, in place of the upper and lower wedge members 32, 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】一対の耐震壁の一部を欠損させることなく、塑性化領域の生じた古い連結部材を塑性化領域の生じていない新しい連結部材に容易に交換可能にする。【解決手段】欠込み部11に対する連結部材21の両端部の上下方向のがたつきを防止するように欠込み部11と連結部材21の両端部とにおける上部の隙間に、上側,下側の楔部材32,33が互いに重ね合わされて圧入されて、連結部材21が耐震壁2に結合され、欠込み部11に対する連結部材21の両端部の上下方向のがたつきを防止し、又、上記打ち込まれる力よりも強い力を楔部材32,33の一方又は両方に与えて楔部材32,33を隙間から取り外すことにより、一対の耐震壁の一部を欠損させることなく、地震により塑性化領域の生じた古い連結部材21を塑性化領域の生じていない新しい連結部材21に容易に交換できる。上側,下側楔部材32,33に置換してねじ部材を隙間に設けてもよい。【選択図】図4
