VIBRATION GENERATING SHAFT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration generating shaft that may be applied readily also as a vibration generating shaft with which an amplitude may be switched, without a problem regarding warping of the vibration generating shaft caused by welding heat.SOLUTION: A vibration generating shaft 1 is a built-in shaft in a roller of a vibration compactor, and includes: a pair of pivot shaft parts 2, 3 pivotally supported on a roller 21 with bearings 38, 39 in between, the pivot shaft parts being rotated around a shaft center; and a fixed eccentric part 4 formed between the pair of pivot shaft parts 2, 3, having an eccentric shaft center parallel to the shaft center of the pivot shaft parts, and having a circular cross-section that contains an entire area of formation of the pivot shaft parts 2, 3 when seen in the shaft direction. A movable eccentric member 6 is fitted on the fixed eccentric part 4, the movable eccentric member having an eccentric mass relative to the shaft center at the time when the vibration generating shaft 1 rotates in one direction different from an eccentric mass relative to the shaft center at the time when the vibration generating shaft 1 rotates in the other direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶接熱による起振軸の反りの問題が無く、振幅を切り換え可能な起振軸にも容易に適用可能な起振軸を提供する。【解決手段】振動締固め機械のロールに内蔵される起振軸1であって、軸受38,39を介してロール21に支承されて軸心回りに回転する一対の支軸部2,3と、一対の支軸部2,3の間に形成され、前記軸心と平行な偏心軸心を中心とし且つ軸方向視して支軸部2,3の形成範囲を全て含む断面円形状を呈した固定偏心部4と、を備える。固定偏心部4には、起振軸1が一方向に回転したときの軸心に対する偏心質量と、起振軸1が他方向に回転したときの軸心に対する偏心質量とが異なる可動偏心部材6が取り付けられている。【選択図】図1
