CONSTANT FLOW VALVE BUILT-IN WATER SUPPLY PIPING AND WATER SUPPLY VALVE DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reverse assembly of a spacer and a constant flow valve in constant flow valve built-in water supply piping.SOLUTION: Constant flow valve built-in water supply piping includes an inflow port 18 which is connected to a water supply pipe connected to a water supply source, an outflow port 19d which allows water flowing in from the inflow port 18 to flow out to the downstream side, a water flow passage 19a which allows the inflow port 18 and the outflow port 19d to communicate with each other, and a constant flow valve 50 which is provided in the water flow passage 19a. The water flow passage 19a includes a small diameter water flow passage which is provided on the outflow port 19d side and to which the constant flow valve 50 is fitted, and a large diameter flow passage which is provided closer to the inflow port 18 than the small diameter water flow passage and has a diameter larger than that of the small diameter flow passage. A cylindrical spacer 70 having one end abutted to the water supply pipe and the other end abutted to the constant flow valve 50 and fitted to the small diameter water flow passage is disposed in the large diameter water flow passage, and a cutout portion is formed on a cylinder end side of the spacer 70 by cutting a part thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】定流量弁内蔵給水配管において、スペーサーと定流量弁との逆組みを防止する。【解決手段】定流量弁内蔵給水配管は、給水源と繋がった給水管と接続される流入口18と、流入口18から流入した水を下流側に流出させる流出口19dと、流入口18と流出口19dを連通させる通水路19aと、通水路19aに設けられた定流量弁50と、を備え、通水路19aは、流出口19d側に設けられ、定流量弁50が嵌合した小径通水路と、小径通水路よりも流入口18側に設けられ、小径通水路よりも大径である大径通水路と、を有しており、大径通水路には、給水管に一端側が当接し、他端側が定流量弁50と当接して小径通水路に嵌合する円筒形状のスペーサー70が配置されており、スペーサー70の円筒端側には一部を切り欠いた切り欠き部が設けられている。【選択図】図3
