PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub unit having a drain plug device capable of preventing water scale from depositing inside an outer tube and maintaining the slidability of an inner wire passing through the outer tube, such that the operability of an operation unit is maintained.SOLUTION: A release wire 14 includes an inner wire which transmits the operation of an operation unit to a drain plug 10 by sliding, and an outer tube 20 which covers the inner wire.
