PILE HEAD JOINT MEMBER AND PILE HEAD JOINT STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint technology which dispenses with welding work at a construction site, is easy in construction, and can construct a rigid pile head joint structure.SOLUTION: A pile head joint structure 100 is formed by attaching a pile head joint member 10 to a pile head 1a in a state of being embedded in the ground G and protruded from the ground surface G1. The pile head joint member 10 comprises: a main body part 11 which is inserted into a pile material 1 from an upper-end opening part of the pile material 1; a locking part 12 which is engaged with the upper-end opening part of the pile material 1, and radially extends toward an external peripheral region of the pile head 1a from the main body part 11 in order to hold the main body part 11 at a prescribed position; a disc-plate shape lid body 13 which is arranged at a lower end part of the main body part 11 in order to block the inside of the pile material 1 to a traverse direction; and a reinforcing part 14 which is arranged at a tip of the locking part 12. The main body part 11 and the locking part 12 are formed of flat plate materials having a plurality of penetration holes H, and the reinforcing part 14 is formed of a flat plate material having a plane part in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工現場での溶接作業が不要で、施工が容易で、強固な杭頭接合構造を構築可能な杭頭接合技術を提供する。【解決手段】杭頭接合構造100は、地中Gに埋設され地面G1から突出した状態にある杭頭1aに杭頭接合部材10を装着することによって形成されている。杭頭接合部材10は、杭材1の上端開口部から当該杭材1内へ挿入される本体部11と、杭材1の上端開口部に係合して本体部11を所定位置に保持するため本体部11から杭頭1aの外周領域に向かって放射状に延設される係止部12と、杭材1の内部を横断方向に閉塞するため本体部11の下端部に設けられた円板状の蓋体13と、係止部12の先端部に設けられた補強部14と、を備えている。本体部11及び係止部12は複数の貫通孔Hを有する平板材で形成され、補強部14は鉛直方向の平面部を有する平板材で形成されている。【選択図】図2
