ROAD SURFACE SMOOTHNESS EVALUATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface smoothness evaluation method for evaluating a road surface state of a road on which steps and irregularities are caused, by mounting a load sensor on a prescribed position of a vehicle for applying a gravity load by a weight of prescribed weight and measuring a vertical load.SOLUTION: A road surface smoothness evaluation method includes: recording an output of a load sensor when a vehicle stops, as a static load; recording outputs of the load sensor during traveling of the vehicle for each of prescribed sampling time intervals, as dynamic loads; recording positional information in association with recording times of the outputs of the load sensor during traveling of the vehicle; calculating a segment section of a road surface corresponding to the prescribed segment time interval on the basis of the positional information and calculating maximum change rates for each of the prescribed segment time intervals from change rates of the dynamic loads with respect to the static load; and setting, as a specific evaluation segment, a segment section of the road surface corresponding to a segment time interval having a value of a specific maximum change rate out of the maximum change rates for each of segment time intervals on the basis of a prescribed reference value set in accordance with a type of the vehicle, a mounting position of the load sensor, and an evaluation object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】所定重量の錘による重力荷重をかけて垂直荷重を計測する荷重センサを車両の所定位置に搭載して段差や凹凸が生じた道路の路面状態を評価する路面平滑性評価方法を提供する。【解決手段】路面平滑性評価方法は、車両停止時の荷重センサの出力を静止荷重として記録し、車両走行中の荷重センサの出力を所定のサンプリング時間間隔毎に動的荷重として記録し、車両走行中の荷重センサの出力の記録時刻に対応させて位置情報を記録し、位置情報を基に所定のセグメント時間間隔に対応する路面のセグメント区間及び静止荷重に対する動的荷重の変化率から所定のセグメント時間間隔毎の最大変化率を求め、車両の種類、荷重センサの搭載位置、及び評価対象に対応して設定された所定の基準値を基に、セグメント時間間隔毎の最大変化率のうちの特定の最大変化率の値を有するセグメント時間間隔に対応する路面のセグメント区間を特定の評価区間として設定する。【選択図】図1
