SOLIDIFYING MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF SOLIDIFYING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidifying material and a production method of the solidifying material, each having a reduced cost.SOLUTION: The production method of a solidifying material 100 for improving soil by solidifying the same includes a mixing step of producing a mixture 6 by mixing a raw material slag 3 which is a granular steel slag and a raw material gypsum 4 which is dihydrate gypsum, a pulverization step of producing a pulverized product 7 by pulverizing the mixture 6 and an addition step of adding a powder of cement 8 to the ground product 7 and mixing them. The solidifying material 100 has a blend of the raw material slag 3 of 30 to 60 mass%, the raw material gypsum 4 of 10 to 40 mass% and cement 8 of 5 to 30 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コストの低減を図る土壌の固化材及び固化材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】土壌を固化改良する固化材１００の製造方法は、粒状の製鋼スラグである原料スラグ３と粒状の二水石膏である原料石膏４とを混合して混合物６を生成する混合ステップと、混合物６を粉砕して粉砕物７を生成する粉砕ステップと、粉砕物７にセメント８の粉末を添加し混合する添加ステップとを含む。なお、固化材１００は、原料スラグ３を３０〜６０質量％とし、原料石膏４を１０〜４０質量％とし、セメント８を５〜３０質量％とする配合を有する。【選択図】図１
