WATERPROOF MEMBER FOR EXTERIOR WALL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof member for an exterior wall member whose waterproofness can be further improved.SOLUTION: A waterproof member 1 comprises a main body part 12 and sealing parts 22. The main body part 12 is formed by bending long steel use spring (SUP) material in such a manner that a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is formed into a hat shape including a base plate part 13, a pair of inclined elastic parts 14, and a pair of flange parts 15. The sealing parts 22 are attached to the pair of flange parts 15. Further, a dimension (height h) from an attachment face 13a of the base plate part 13 to abutting faces 22a of the pair of sealing parts 22 is set slightly larger than a dimension (clearance CL) between a furring strip 52, and an external panel 32 and a projected corner member 34. By the structure, when the external panel 32 and the projected corner member 34 are fixed to the furring strip 52, the pair of elastic parts 14 elastically deform and generate restoring force from the elastic deformation, and to thereby cause the pair of sealing parts 22 to be biased to rear faces of the external panel 32 and the projected corner member 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】防水性をより一層向上することができる外壁部材の防水部材を提供すること。【解決手段】本体部12と、シール部22と、から防水部材1を構成する。本体部12は、長尺状のばね鋼鋼材(SUP材)を折曲加工することによって、基板部13と、傾斜した一対の弾性部14と、一対のフランジ部15と、からなる長手方向に垂直な方向の断面形状がハット形に構成される。シール部22は、一対のフランジ部15に取り付けられる。そして、基板部13の取付面13aから一対のシール部22の当接面22aまでの寸法(高さh)が、胴縁52と外壁パネル32および出隅材34との間の寸法(隙間CL)よりも若干大きくなるように設定する。これにより、外壁パネル32および出隅材34を胴縁52に留め付けた際に、一対の弾性部14が弾性変形を生じ、当該弾性変形による復元力によって一対のシール部22が外壁パネル32および出隅材34の裏面に付勢される。【選択図】図4
