DOOR LOCK DEVICE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DOOR LOCK DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency for an electrical connection between a circuit board and an electrical component of a door lock device, and for fixing of the circuit board to a housing.SOLUTION: A door lock device 100 includes a circuit board 600 having bus bars 610C to 610F with terminal parts 611c, 611d connected to terminals 643, 653 of detection switches 640, 650, and an exterior body 620 that covers the bus bars 610C to 610F. The circuit board 600 has exposure holes 625A to 625C formed on a top surface 621 of the exterior body 620 that has the terminal parts 611c, 611d exposed, the exposure holes having a part of the bus bars 610C to 610F exposed. A first electrode 700A is disposed on a part of the exposed bus bars 610C to 610F, while a second electrode 700B is disposed on the overlapped terminal parts 611c, 611d and terminals 643, 653. Furthermore, the terminal parts 611c, 611d and the terminals 643, 653 are resistance-welded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ドアロック装置における回路基板と電気部品の電気的な接続の高効率化と、ハウジングへの回路基板の固定の高効率化とを図る。【解決手段】ドアロック装置100は、検出スイッチ640,650の端子643,653に接続されたターミナル部611c,611dを有するバスバー610C〜610Fと、バスバー610C〜610Fを被覆した外装体620とを有する回路基板600を備える。回路基板600には、ターミナル部611c,611dを露出させた外装体620の上面621に、バスバー610C〜610Fの一部を露出させた露出穴625A〜625Cを設けている。露出したバスバー610C〜610Fの一部に第1電極700Aを配置し、重ね合わせたターミナル部611c,611d及び端子643,653に第2電極700Bを配置し、ターミナル部611c,611dと端子643,653とを抵抗溶接する。【選択図】図7
