ENTRY/EXIT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ENTRY/EXIT MANAGEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform on-line setting of passage right information for a guest under the condition that the upper limit of the passage right information is within a range of passage right information on a shared gate that a user of a condominium etc. is permitted to pass through.SOLUTION: A key distribution server 3 comprises: a key information creation unit for creating key information including ID information for permitting a guest to pass through a shared gate in association with a user, on the basis of passage right information for the guest under the condition that the upper limit of the passage right information is within a range of passage right information on the shared gate that the user is permitted to pass through; and a key information distribution unit for distributing the created key information for the guest to a portable electronic apparatus carried by the guest. An entry/exit management device 1 controls the guest's passage at the shared gate of a building on the basis of the key information that has been stored in the portable electronic apparatus carried by the guest and has been created by the key information creation unit so as to include the ID information for permitting the guest to pass and operate the shared gate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
