PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake refuge structure that forms a space for temporary refuge by laying a chevron-shaped protective frame above a section between first and second column members facing each other on right and left sides.SOLUTION: An earthquake refuge structure includes: a protective frame, the one end of which is pivotally attached to a first column member and the other end of which is latched to a retainer part provided in a second column member; first and second stays, the base ends of which are pivotally attached to the first and second column members, respectively; a latching part that is provided in the second stay to latch the protective frame in a folded attitude; and a disengagement device that is engaged with tips of the first and second stays in a standby attitude and disengaged on the occurrence of an earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】左右に対峙する第１柱部材と第２柱部材の間の上方に山形状の保護フレームを掛け渡して一時避難用の空間を形成する地震待避構造に関する。【解決手段】保護フレームの一端が第１柱部材に枢着され、他端が第２柱部材に設けた受部に掛け止められる保護フレームと、前記第１および第２柱部材にそれぞれ基端が枢着された第１および第２ステーと、該第２ステーに設けられて折畳姿勢の保護フレームを掛止める掛止部と、待機姿勢の第１および第２ステーの先端と係合し、地震発生時に前記係合を解除する係合解除装置とを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
