PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation floor structure capable of improving heavy impact sound shut-off performance while preventing weight increase of flooring material.SOLUTION: The floor structure has a flooring material which is disposed on a lower floorboard. On the upper plane of the lower floorboard, a cushioning material and a longitudinal material are disposed being piled each other in a vertical direction. The longitudinal material and the cushioning material are fixed to the lower floorboard by means of a fixing member which penetrates the longitudinal material and the cushioning material from the top of the longitudinal material to the lower floorboard. The fixing member is held in a movable state in a vertical direction with respect to the lower floorboard; and on the top of the longitudinal material, the flooring material is disposed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 床材の重量増加を抑えつつ、重量衝撃音を遮断する性能を向上できる遮音床構造を提供すること。【解決手段】 下床板の上部に床仕上げ材を敷設して構成する床構造であって、下床板の上面に、緩衝材と通し材とが上下に重ねて設けられ、通し材の上部からこの通し材と緩衝材とを貫通して前記下床板に達する固定部材によって通し材と緩衝材とが下床板に固定されて、固定部材は下床板に対して上下動可能な状態で保持され、通し材の上部に床仕上げ材が敷設されている。【選択図】 図1
