PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil application agent which is hardly flied away or flown by the wind and rain and superior in long-term reservation, and to provide a manufacturing method of the soil application agent, a soil erosion prevention method and a soil application agent container set.SOLUTION: A soil application agent 100 formed in a particle shape, contains: a biological item 10 as a combination of one or two or more kinds of algae selected from algae which can grow on the surface of the soil; and a granular carrier 20 carrying the biological item 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
